A cold but bright day saw us on our annual Blow Away The Cobwebs
run.
This as in other years had a transport theme and saw us in a
seventies Bedford coach.53 members rode in this amazing coach to the
Flying Fortress pub in Bury St Edmund's where we were treated to a
carvery which can only be described as first class.The trip back was
through the country lanes with our expert driver stopping to tell us
about the area we were travelling through.
The saddest part of the day out was that Ted and Sharron who spent
so much time arranging this great day could not make it due to Ted
being unwell, but to make up for it a 53 seat coach full of members
pulled up at his house to thank him and to wish him well.
A fantastic day out and so many thanks to Ted and Sharron for the
hard work they put in and to all the members who supported this
great day out.
