From the M25, leave at junction 29 and travel east along the A127 towards
Southend. After the ’Fortune’ public house roundabout system you will see an
exit for Basildon and Billericay. Carry on past this exit along the A127 for
another ¾ mile and turn left just before the Summerhill Garden Centre into Pipps
Hill Road (North). The Belvedere is ½ a mile on the right.
From Southend, leave the A127 at the Basildon/Billericay exit. At the
roundabout take the first exit, going under the A127 to immediately arrive at
another roundabout. Take the 2nd exit towards Noak Bridge, into Wash
Road. Continue to the end of Wash Road, turn left at the T-junction and The
Belvedere is 100 yards on the right.
